BPTP Limited awards a massive INR 488 Crore construction contract to NCC Limited for Downtown 66 in Sector 66, Gurugram. The 1,79,302 sq. mtr. residential project features global design by AEDAS Singapore and IGBC Platinum pre-certification. This landmark development on Golf Course Extension Road sets new benchmarks in sustainability and seismic Zone V safety standards for high-rise living.

The project is meticulously planned with a focus on modern design, holistic and multi-generational living, sustainability, connectivity, and specific occupier requirements, all while being developed in full compliance with applicable laws, approvals, and the prevailing regulatory framework.
Downtown 66 is envisioned as a convergence of design-led planning, sustainability discipline, and complex engineering integration. To achieve this, BPTP Limited has engaged an elite consortium of global and domestic consultants. The architectural vision is led by AEDAS Singapore for Principal Architect & Interior Design, complemented by Coopers Hill Singapore for Landscape, Nulty Studio Dubai for Lighting, and End Point Dubai for Signage. Technical excellence is bolstered by GreenTree for Green Building, Manish Consultant for Structural Proof, BES for Façade, RSMS for Building Bye-laws, ATN Consultants for Kitchen Design, Sanelac for MEP, RWDI for Wind Tunnel analysis, and Proion for Fire Safety. Notably, the development is being planned in alignment with India’s highest seismic considerations of Zone V for high-rise structures, exceeding the Zone IV requirements stipulated by Indian Codes, and has already received the prestigious IGBC Platinum pre-certification based on current design parameters.
